This is a soy wool blend that looks amazing but feels like a brillo pad to me. It itched terribly. It could just be me and my super sensitive skin so let me know what you thing at my blog. I can't leave out the fact that it had something resembling tiny pieces of wood that you have to pull out and some large nodules as well. When you try to pull out the items it frizzes up the yarn and then you have to redo the stitch.

This yarn lives up to its name. It is brilliant in color and crochets and knits fine. It splits a little but not enough for me to be concerned about.
